Lytec Scheduler Professional
Lytec Scheduler Professional is a flexible appointment scheduler that helps you create and organize your appointments. You can schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments with just a few clicks of the mouse. Features like multiple views, reason codes, and color-coding let you set up the scheduler the way that works best for your practice.
. Select from four different appointment views to help you schedule and locate appointments quickly. You can select the day, week, resource, or template view.
. Search for an open appointment on a specific date or date range, or search for the next available appointment.

Reason Codes
Define your own reason code for each type of appointment. Color-coding your reason codes allows you to quickly identify types of appointments when scheduling or checking-in patients. This is an excellent visual indicator of required actions, such as giving a new patient registration forms or collecting co-payments from insured patients.
Appointment Templates
Lytec Scheduler Professional allows you to create appointment templates that reserve blocks of time for certain types of appointments, such as new patients or follow-up exams.
