Get Real, Inc is a 6-month wealth coaching program. During our six month's together it is our intention that you become an active real estate investor. No matter what your experience or professional qualifications, you need this program to master the "real" strategies it takes to attract and close deals.
This program coaches and mentors you every step of your development. You'll become part of an elite community of real estate investors that discuss real life issues, brainstorm deals, and find new ways to create wealth through real estate.
Our program consists of the following:
12 Weeks of Step-by-Step Real Estate Process
13 Weeks of Special Real Estate Topics
This is a 12-step process designed to walk you through each step of purchasing real estate and to provide you options for how to do more and more creative deals.
During the 6-month program you will be on a tele-conference call with our team every week for a 60 min. call. During your 6-month's you will participate in 25 weeks of SOLID REAL ESTATE CONTENT.
6 Deal Days One Call per Month will be DEAL DAY where every participant on the calls is encouraged to post their deal on the discussion board and then discuss it, run financial models and more on those calls.
7 Special Call Topics
These calls will be on the opposite weeks of the 12 Step Program and we will be discussing special topics such as: Other People's Money
Incorporation and Tax Strategies
Use of IRA dollars for investing in real estate
Subject Too Deals - the art of the transaction
1031 Exchange Process
National Investing - Expanding your portfolio out of state
HUD/ VA Properties

We will get special guest speakers as needed to support your growth!
Our program is an on-going process by where you can join at ANY TIME, all calls are taped and available on our password area of the website to support you and provide convenience for your schedule. The program is rotational in nature and you will have live calls covering every topic listed above. AND, our program is dynamic as we listen to your needs and issues on the call - given this, we ask for flexibility to ensure your needs are met in this GET REAL ESTATE AS LEVERAGE WEALTH COACHING PROCESS!
